Tickets ring, are you listening
Queue is deep, stress is glistening
It’s a hell of a sight, we’re losing the fight

User calls, voice is shaking
Laptop’s dead, for heaven’s saking!
He tried a quick fix, spilled his coffee on it

In the queue, we can see the horror
A ticket: ”Time Clock Plus is down”
It'll say: “Tell me you can fix this”
We’ll say: No Ma’am
But CIC can help when they’re around

Later on, we’ll conspire
As the server catches fire
They’ll ask us in fear, “Is my data anywhere near?”

Back In the queue, the horror’s really heightening,
Another ticket: ”File is missing WOW!!”
We’ll have lots of fun with the submitter
But they're thankful when the file's really found.

Tickets ring, still no ending
Coffee’s gone, sanity’s bending
