Bosom Buddies Community Lacation Closet

Bosom Buddies is a new initiative from the Saline County Health Department that aims to assist those in need with the tools for a successful breastfeeding journey. Unfortunately, many members of our community lack the access to the lactation staples that are frequently used.

If you are wrapping up your breastfeeding journey or simply find yourself with extra items, please consider donating to this initiative.

 Items that can be accepted include:

  1. Unused disposable nursing pads
  2. Clean, reusable nursing pads
  3. Clean and functional nursing tanks, night gowns, or bras
  4. Clean and working new or gently used pumps
  5. Unopened baby safe skin care products like butters and creams for breast care.
  6. Unused breast milk storage bags
  7. New or gently used nursing pillows/ devices
  8. New or gently used, clean, nipple shields or flanges
