District Court Clerk

Welcome to the Court Clerk's Office. We are responsible for a court's non-judicial operations that keep the courthouses running smoothly. Some of these responsibilities includes: 

• Preparing and issuing orders of the court (summonses, probation orders, and other official documentation)
• Preparing dockets
• Reviewing legal documents submitted to courts
• Researching files, contacting witnesses, attorneys or litigants to obtain information fo the court
• Staff scheduling 
• Swearing in jury members, interpreters, witnesses or defendants
• Informative information regarding court appearances to parties
